Refund Policy

For returns we offer refund in your bank account, or an exchange for a different size or a differnt product. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on Arc-en-ciel.us , please send us a request via WhatsApp at +40767090879 for a return authorisation within 14 days of delivery date. Please attach the return form in the parcel.

* The customer bears the transport charges for the return - exception is made only if the reasons are related to the company.
* The customer bears the shipping charges for the exchange.
* Items must be returned in new & unused condition.
* Items must be returned only in the original packaging.
* We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 
* Mood Label reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy.
* The money will be refunded in maximum 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the return package.
* We accept returns within 14 days of delivery time.
